Sea Punks

After the Witch-House 2.0 super trend failed to come up with new and interesting ways of being gothic, some tumblr fueled freak came up with the term Sea Punk.  It's basically like Windows 95 and Yo! MTV Raps having pedophile sex on a cruise ship rave.   It incorporates the DIY shock factor punk values,the cuteness of Kawaii and its pastels and fluo colours, post-apocalyptic drug induced cyber-liquefaction, ocean imagery and rave-era ideas of PLUR: peace, love, unity and respect .  The music is floating around the past 15 years or so of Pop and R'n'B, 90's house and techno and trap rap, overlaid with a dub-y new-age chopped-and-screwed energy.
